Courses are costed according to need (small groups, large groups for example) and if any exceptional work and/or additional research are required.

Most courses are priced on a day rate basis, rather than on a per person per day rate, for simplicity and fairness. Lynn believes in providing a professional, high quality service at an affordable cost.

Personal coaching is provided as a face to face consultation. Programs are designed to suit the specific requirements of individuals.

What are the course timings?

Standard course timings are 9.30am to 4.30pm. This includes mid-morning and afternoon breaks and an hour for lunch. Half day workshops are also available.

What documentation is available for course delegates?

A full manual is included on all courses along with an attendance certificate.

How many people are there in an average class?

Due to the interactive nature of the training, Lynn recommends an average class size of 8 delegates to maximise attendee participation in discussions and activities.
Where does the training take place?

Training normally takes place at the client location. Off site training can be arranged if required.
